New Delhi: The 13 th session of the CITES Conference of Parties in Bangkok ended yesterday with a clear signal that the world was slowly opening up to trade in wildlife and killing of endangered species for sport and profit, Vivek Menon , executive director of the Wildlife Trust of India(WTI) said.
